- チャージ手数料はありません。お使いのカード会社が外国通貨での取引に手数料を課す場合があります。There is no top-up fee. Your card issuer may charge a fee for a payment in a foreign currency.
- 代金の支払時期及び方法When and how to pay
- チャージの際に、クレジットカードまたはデビットカードでお支払いください（決済はStripeが処理します）。When you top up, by credit or debit card (the payment is processed by Stripe).
- 役務の提供時期When the service is provided
- お支払いの完了後ただちにクレジットが残高に加算され、ハブでのメッセージにご利用いただけます。クレジットに有効期限はありません。The credit is added to your balance as soon as the payment is complete and can be used for messages on the hub. Credit does not expire.
- 申込みの撤回又は契約の解除（返品特約）Cancellation
- 購入したクレジットは、法令により払い戻しが必要な場合を除き、払い戻しいたしません。未成年の方によるご購入は、[email protected] へのご連絡により取り消すことができます。Credit bought is not refunded, except where the law requires a refund. A purchase made by a minor can be rescinded by writing to [email protected].
- 申込みの有効期限How long an order stays open
- お支払いのページは、作成から30分間有効です。The payment page stays open for 30 minutes after it is created.
- 販売数量の制限Limits
- 1回のチャージは20米ドル以上500米ドル以下、1つのウォレットに1日あたり2,000米ドルまでです。A top-up is from US$20 to US$500, and a wallet can take in at most US$2,000 in one day.
