Accessibility

1. Our goal

Govern All A.I.'s goal is that everyone can use its website (governallai.com) and its phone app (m.governallai.com), including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard alone, magnification or high contrast. The standard we work to is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

2. How we check

• On October 16, 2026 the public pages of the website (the home page, the guides, pricing, coverage, the hub's public pages, the provider pages, sign-in, the legal pages, contact and the free assessment) and of the phone app were tested in a real browser at a desktop width and a phone width, with automated checks for every WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 rule at levels A and AA that a machine can test.
• The only failures found were text colors with too little contrast against their background. They were fixed the same day: the brand green, gray secondary text and green text on dark backgrounds now meet the 4.5 to 1 contrast WCAG asks of normal text.
• Automated checks find only part of the problems a person can meet, so the main public pages were also walked with the keyboard alone: every link and button was reached with the Tab key and showed where the focus was.
• The automated test runs again with every release of the website and the app.

3. What is not covered yet

• Pages for signed-in members (the dashboards, the wallet, the Iron Suit setup and the provider portal) were not part of the automated test of October 16, 2026. They use the same colors and components, and they are being tested next.
• The documents of the laws we follow in each country are PDF files without accessibility tags, so a screen reader reads them as plain text. On request we send the same text in another format.

4. Getting help

If anything on the website or the app is hard to use, write to [email protected] and tell us the page and what happened. We will help you do what you came to do another way, for example by email, and we will fix the problem.
