Govern All A.I. · operated by Global Vibing LLC
Effective October 2, 2026
These terms explain how you may use Govern All A.I. and what you and we agree to. They are written in plain language; if anything is unclear, write to [email protected].
Govern All A.I. is operated by Global Vibing LLC, a Delaware limited liability company registered to do business in Florida ("we" or "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].
These terms apply to governallai.com, m.governallai.com, the Iron Suit proxy at ironsuit.governallai.com, and the application programming interfaces served from those addresses (together, the "service").
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy linked below. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
Govern All A.I. provides tools for artificial intelligence governance and security: readiness assessments, a regulatory calendar, governance document drafts, the Iron Suit governance proxy, and security checks. The plans page lists what each plan includes as measured by our continual evaluation on the date shown there. Features may change; we do not remove a feature you have paid for during a paid month.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe: Professional $49, Business $149 and Enterprise $299 per month, plus any tax that applies. A plan renews automatically each month until you cancel it. We may change a price with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal; the change applies from that renewal.
We do not store your full card number; Stripe processes payments under its own terms.
You can cancel at any time from Manage Plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Refunds follow the Refund Policy, which includes a full refund of your first payment if you ask within 14 days.
You agree not to:
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, with notice where the situation allows it.
Security checks, scores and findings are produced automatically. They can miss problems or report problems that are not there, and they are not a guarantee that a system is secure or compliant. Governance documents and other AI-generated text are drafts for you to review before use.
The service provides information and tools, not legal advice. For legal questions about regulations such as the EU AI Act or state AI laws, consult a qualified attorney.
You keep ownership of what you put into the service. You allow us to store and process it only to provide, secure and support the service for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. We do not sell your content.
The service's software, design, names and logos belong to Global Vibing LLC. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the service.
We work to keep the service available and to announce planned maintenance, but we do not promise uninterrupted service.
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent the law allows, Global Vibing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.
If a third party makes a claim against us because you used the service in a way these terms forbid (for example, scanning a system without permission), you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example, limits on liability) continue after the agreement ends.
We will give at least 30 days' notice by email or on the service before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change.
Florida law governs these terms, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except where the law of your place of residence gives you a right to a different law or court.
