Refund Policy

1. Cancel any time

Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from Manage Plan; your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

2. Full refund of your first payment

If Govern All A.I. is not right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we refund that payment in full. This applies once per customer or organization.

3. Later months

After the first 14 days, payments for months that have started are not refunded in part or in full; cancelling stops the next charge.

4. Billing mistakes

A duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge at the wrong price is refunded in full, whenever you tell us.

5. How to ask

Write to [email protected] from your account's email address with the date and amount of the charge. We answer within two business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

If you have a problem with a charge, please write to us before disputing it with your bank; we can usually fix it faster.

6. Written agreements

If your organization signed a separate written agreement with us, its payment and refund terms apply instead of this policy.
