Govern All A.I.'s hub lets you use A.I. models from the providers listed on it, with every request and every answer held to the law of the place you are in.
The hub reads the country and region of your connection from Govern All A.I.'s network provider, Cloudflare, and checks that the connection is a real one: a VPN, a proxy, a data centre or Tor hides where you are, so the hub does not serve it and asks you to turn that service off. Apple's iCloud Private Relay and Cloudflare WARP keep your country, so they are served. If it cannot tell where you are, it asks you to reconnect rather than guess. A place opens only when its law has been researched from the official texts; places under a United States sanctions program are never served.
When a request asks for something the law where you are forbids, it is not sent. You are told which law and provision apply, which words to change, and where to read the official text; when a lawful rewording exists, it is suggested after being checked itself.
The provider's model answers, and the Iron Suit checks the answer under the same law. An answer that breaks a rule is corrected; if the correction fails, it is held back and you are told why. Where the law requires it, answers are marked as generated by A.I.
Each model shows its provider's rate per million tokens. While a message is checked, your prepaid wallet holds the most it could cost; afterwards you are charged what the answer used, at that rate, and the exact amount is shown. A request that was not sent, an answer held back, an error, or a message you stopped costs nothing.
Conversations are kept in your browser. The hub sees a message only while checking it and passing it to the provider you chose, and keeps no text: only the decision, the place, the model, the token counts and the charge. Providers agree not to train on hub traffic.

The hub applies the law of the place you are really in, so it needs to know where that is. A service that hides your place, or makes you appear somewhere else, would let a request reach a model under the wrong law.
